  Our experience was a great one! Initially, we were set to carry out our loan with another company. After meeting Steve and hearing him out we decided to see what he could do for us. Little did we know that it was the best decision we could have made. Steve told us that he would run the numbers to see who had the better deal (Between his team and our previous loan company). Turns out that the Curtis team's deal was far better than the deal we had with the previous company and the rest is history. We are so thankful to the Curtis team for their patience, understanding, and most of all their knowledge! I'll be recommending them to anyone in search of a home.

  Clear communication, honest recommendations/tips, and were more than willing to pick up the phone to call you or answer your call with any information regardless of urgency. I made last second changes that requires complete re work of contracts and underwriter documents and they were able to push it all through within a day of the change. Will forever use this company!

  Jennifer was a great lender to work with and explained each step of the process. Not everyone knows all programs available to Veterans (federal and State) and she is very knowledgeable. Jennifer and her team were always responsive and ready to assist.

  If you're going to purchase a home do it with Denzil and his team. They made a typically painful process easy, professional and pain free. Outstanding service and extremely responsive. Denzil makes it his mission to make sure you're taken care of. Extremely rare in these times.

  Katrinia and her team were professional and prompt. They answered any questions that I had and helped me through the process.
