  I usually don’t like taking the time to leave reviews, but how can you not when you have such an amazing experience! Phyllis Wilson was GREAT!!!!! She was so friendly, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and on top of everything! We didn’t have to lift a finger or worry that we would miss something. I can’t say enough good things! If you want a carefree home buying experience, go with a local lender like Fairway. It’s a world of a difference from a larger chain. And if you do, ask for Phyllis!!!

  Due to new construction that was delayed in finishing due to the pandemic, we had questions about appraisal issues. Phyllis Wilson quickly inquired and let us know what needed to be done. When we had questions about rates and speed of processing, Phyllis gave us meaningful advice. When our HE bank was overwhelmed and couldn't deliver on our payoff request, Phyllis coordinated a change in closing and helped get the information we needed. Great job, Phyllis!
