  Kalyn Drinkwater is the absolute best in the industry! She kept me well informed and communicated with me throughout the entire process! When a last-minute issue came up, she dropped what she was doing and handled it. Leon Ezzell's 28+ years of experience in the industry shows in the amount of knowledge he shares in every conversation. He was ultra-responsive whenever I had a question and I always gleaned much when we spoke. Angela Smith made sure I felt like family and was well taken care of. The bottom line is, this team is dialed in and knows what they're doing. They found the best product to fit my specific needs and even showed me how to pay off my 30 year loan in 20 years. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from The Ezzell Mortgage Group. 12/10

  Mr. Ezzell and his team were absolute professionals and made the home buying process simple. As fist time home buyers my wife and I had many questions and Mr. Ezzell always had the answers. Start to close was handled smoothly and simply through their app saving so much time and also giving easy clear tasks and request as needed took all the stress of financing away.

  Leon and his team really put in the work for me and my family. During the post COVID housing boom his entire team, Kalyn Drinkwater, Jonathan Heath and Mr. Leon Ezzell himself did their utmost to reunite my wife and me as soon as possible in our new home! Even with the market being absolutely saturated with buyers, sellers and refinancing customers, Leon and his team took the time to treat me and my wife like we were a special case even though we were just regular first time home buyers! A+

  RUN AWAY!!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! This is my 5th or 6th Mortgage & Leon & his ‘team’ is a complete TRAIN WRECK!!! Had to switch lenders because of their incompetence & then? THEY DELAYED US AFTER WE SWITCHED!!!! Never Ever EVER deal with this company!!!!!

  Incompetence at its finest. If I could give 0 stars I would. Have held up closing on a property for 2 months, has not communicated with closing attorney or agents. Promised property would be closed within 30 days and it was almost 90. They were involved in a land transaction and a home. The buyers were supposed to close on the land a month ago and we were told they needed a couple of days, 30 days later its still not done. Why? We have no idea.
