  I have been to EZ Pawn and Diamonds many times over the past ten years, to buy, sell and pawn. No idea why others are complaining in other reviews. Brian, the owner has always been great and gave a $5000 loan on the Rolex and $4500 on the Diamond Ring, which I ended up getting back. I read the other reviews, EZ Pawn DOES NOT buy, sell, or loan on tools, so the complaint about a low offer on a drill does not make sense. They also do not quote over the phone, they need to see the item in person. They are 100% legit, does not buy stolen goods and requires proper ID. I have sent multiple friends to EZ Pawn to get their engagement rings, he is great and can get you whatever you are looking for if not in stock.   The guy that quoted me had a terrible attitude. Quoted me 15 dollars for an in demand Dewalt drill and wasn't trying to negotiate. The new staff sucks and they talk crap when you walk away. Clowns

  We do not buy sell or loan money on tools. There for we Do Not quote prices for tools. We do not accept tools. Store policy no tools. Since a drill is a tool we would not quote a price. Or even look at the item. As far as staff same staff for the last 20 plus years. This person must have confused us with some other pawn shop. That did not happen in our pawn shop!

  Worst shop in Boston, I brought a bracelet in wouldn't take it, a rolex wouldn't take it, a 110gram gold bar couldn't take it, then I go a few blocks down and another place takes it! It's only this location that gives me a hard time!

  WE NEVER REFUSE ANYBODY THAT HAS JEWELRY AN PROPER ID. THAT BEING SAID THIS PERSON NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN OUR STORE. NOR DID WE SEE ANY OF THE JEWELRY ITEMS THIER TALKING ABOUT. THE REVIEW IS COMPLETELY FALSE. THIS PERSON EITHER HAS US CONFUSED WITH ANOTHER PAWNSHOP OR IS GIVING FALSE REVIEWS. GOOGLE SHOULD HAVE SOME TYPE OF POLICY FOR PERSON OR PERSONS WHO ABUSE THE REVIEW SYSTEM WHO ARE LEAVING REVIEWS THAT ARE NOT TRUE!!!

  Offers really high prices and beats everybody on high end jewelry, scrap gold and silver and diamonds He does not buy tools or items under $50 but does buy musical instruments and art and most apple electronics if not too old Guy has been in business for over 25 years and is honest, which is hard to find in this type of business

  This place closed? I couldn't find it.outside of this place needs a major hosing down. Very dirty and disorganized. Walked around for a few to cold to find.
