  They have some nice people tries to help you get a truck, I was told three times that I was approved for three trucks, now I got a letter today that I am not approved, on the website say you are approved and with anything type of credit score. All lies

  Bought a truck there. They didn’t honor their end of the deal. Would not recommend this place to anyone. When I pointed out that fluids were low, the salesman said “well at least it’s above the minimum”...really??? Said he had the brakes checked and they were fine. Their dealership checked them less than 2 weeks later and a sensor was going out. Don’t shop there. UPDATE: not Only did the vehicle need new brakes, it got so bad two days after I posted this that the caliper blew. They still deny anything was wrong with the brakes!!!

  This dealer is part of the Pioneer Family/Nourse auto group. I recently traded a vehicle here for a newer one. The process was easy but time consuming. Took about 5 hours from our arrival until we left with the newer vehicle.

  Horrible. Wasted my time. Had an appointment when we showed up they didn't have my paperwork ready. Always on his cell phone. Would not recommend.
