  Very friendly and patient with me! I was so indecisive and being so slow looking at all the rings and they were super sweet! Then the one I got didn’t fit and took it back about 20 minutes later and let me exchange for one that fit and glad I did because I got a great BIGGER diamond! Highly recommend these folks! Will definitely be going back!

  Very friendly staff and clean business. They don't have a large selection of items but the ones they do have seem to be of very good quality. You might want to call before you go there to see if they have what you're looking for. I've made many purchases there and have always gotten a good price.

  Extremely helpful & Kind. Great service and good variety. The short girl with long brown hair & glasses helped me SO much. I bought 3 guns from there and she was knowledgable, helpful, and super kind. I have been several times since, and will continue to shop there.

  Took a smart TV in an hour after unplugging at the house, was working perfect, they plugged in and used the remote to check things out and "it wouldn't work, the screen was busted", left went home and plugged back up, works PERFECTLY FINE, AGAIN. Maybe it was because it was close to closing time, but still isn't good customer service. Thanks but no thanks, I was referred but i think ill stick with my local businesses instead.

  Great service, good pricing, quality products. Overall excellent ! They offer good rates for pawn or sales and only take in quality items. They are the only pawn shop I know if that has a 60 pawn compared to the others that have 30 day pawns. Express Pawn has a friendly staff and is very clean I give them two thumbs up. Great job folks!

  Second time visiting this pawn shop, Not much of and variety of items especially the tool sections kind of disappointing & extremely overpriced, so trying to save a few dollars might as well just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and just pay the full price get a new tool , I definitely won’t be visiting express pawn in the future

  We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction about your visit. Unfortunately, due to the time of year (tax time and stimulus checks) some inventory is hard to keep in stock. As for prices, we try to price items at a significant discount compared to retail stores like Lowe's or Home Depot. We also do not add sales tax on any items in the store. We would be happy to assist you with any questions you might have about our inventory.

  Had never pawned anything before, but Express Pawn was recommended by a family member, so I pawned a handgun here to get through a tough couple of weeks. Came back to get the handgun, and got it back with no issue. It was exactly how I had left it inside the case, with all accessories included. Nice, clean place with friendly staff. Would trust them to pawn again.

  Service is painfully slow. I went in to buy a tv and already knew which one I wanted so I had it at the counter in less than a minute. It took 25+ minutes to pay for it. That said, they do have fairly nice merchandise.
