  @Nick Brochinni YOU have a terrible way of working with the public! YOU try to bottom dollar every customer! YOU have a false sense of knowing it all! 14 kt solid gold and YOU offered a laughable amount! Went to Fresno and got 4 time's what YOU offered!

  So sorry J.S., i'm not sure who Nick Brochinni is? Never claimed to know it all, but if you got 4 times the amount in Fresno, GOOD for you!!! I'm glad you got it. Unfortunately we can not offer that much. We keep our numbers pretty much the same. The past tells us, what goes up must also come down. As a business we must look at paying our bills to keep our doors open. Im sorry if that offends you. Please have a nice day.

  Great prices on gold and silver jewelry and they have iPads to sell at a good price. I bought one and a cover for it.

  Went in today the guy... not to nice of a person didn't even look at my camera and told me "not interested" in was looking to pawn for a few weeks just to get some $$ for gas but what ever. Really hope he practice more on his customer service skills

  Sorry you felt that way. You either had a non SLR camera, in which we do not accept due to the fact that smart phones notionally have better cameras or you didn't have all of the components required to enable the item to work such as the battery charger.

  They do not accept most items making it harder for people to sell stuff or for customers to find what they want.

  Bad experience, and I understand that you can not always do business, but there are better ways to say it, if you have or do not have better things I think you do not have to say to a potential client. It was a very misplaced comment and the experience was very unpleasant.

  I am so sorry you feel that way. If you are the person that I think you are, you brought in a PS3. Your item is an item we do not take and have not taken for years now. It is outdated, there is no better way to explain that. If this was not you, then you also had an item we do not take. I am sorry that it hurt your feelings.
