  I worked with Emmanuel Thomas and he was incredibly helpful with the whole process. He was very patient and informative. He also got everything we needed to be done to close very quickly and on time. I highly recommend working with Emmanuel.   Tom Sullivan is a caring and brilliant individual His sincere and professional financial guidance is what brought me back to use his services for a second time. He was always available to answer any of my questions and clearly explained my mortgage procedures with me. In short he guided me through what I considered to be two of the biggest finicial decisions I've had to make. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage or refinance their home.

  My Wife and I have several properties in California and Florida, we have done many real estate purchases and of course re-finance loans, We have worked with small and large banks over the years, So our experience in this field is quite extensive! This is the first time we worked with Craig and definitely not the last !! Craig and his team are second to none.. The service and the attention to the details are absolutely first class.   It was a pleasure working with Regan and doing a re-financing of our home. This is the third time I have dealt with her and she is truely a professional. We were able to do all but the title documents online and she took time to guide us through the process. She works in an efficient and timely manner. If you are in the market to finance or re-finance a home, you would be wise to consider using Regan Simson.

  Mr. Sullivan is simply an amazing person. He truly took me through this mortgage process like I was a baby that just started learning to walk. He took baby steps with me constantly following up with me on weekly basis letting me know the status. I have never encountered someone so detailed with their explaination and so caring at the same time. What add to him is also his humurous personality.
