  Ian Farrison and his team helped my sister and I from the moment we thought we wanted to buy. No question was left unanswered, regardless of the severity. From the beginning they did a great job walking us through the process, informing us at every point on what they were doing, and providing guidance for what we should be doing. We communicated via email, text, and call. While Ian was our point person, Mischa and the other members of the team, were all hands on and very informative every step of the way. Our first home purchase was that much greater because of these guys.

  Update 9/2020 (2 years later): Ian called to notify us we can get an even better rate, and we refinanced. Again, he found savings for us, and the interactions were quick and easy, with good guidance. We are delighted. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. We moved across country and had to do all of our interactions over the phone. Ian and his team made it feel like we were local - family. He got us a great rate by taking the time to investigate all our options. This required a lot of conversations, and he was very patient.

  Ian and his team are wonderful. They were there and on top of the game at every turn. Always answered the phone and came with tip top recommendations for outside help when we were lost as a first time homebuyer. They always took into consideration the schedule and time that worked for us. Even answering questions and phone calls after normal business hours. They have us every detail and explained it all every step of the way. They have options and let us decide never pushing us to what they want. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a mom n pop type of service with the best modern edge.

  Chris Taylor's energy and enthusiasm make this a fun process. I went to him with a lot of questions in mind and he made my situation go from just getting a feeler on a refinance to starting the process on one call. Loved his attitude toward it all and he got me the info I needed immediately which made it such an easier process. I am a harsh critic, and I have already recommended him to many friends. That should say enough right there! It also didn't hurt that he got me the lowest rates across the board that I have seen!
