  Micheal Caggiano was very helpful and always available through our refinancing. He got all the information in one shot and didn't waste anytime getting us they best deal. Highly recommend Everett Co-operative Bank. We tried some other banks prior to them and the process was long and arduous. If you want to get this process done . This is the bank to use.

  I recently re-financed my mortgage with Everett Co-op and the process was smooth and easy. I dealt with Eric, who was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions about which loan terms were perfect for my situation. I never had any trouble getting through to anyone, which is more than I can say for some of the bigger banks out there. I would recommend this bank to anyone starting out with a new mortgage or re-financing.

  Finding a bank and a Loan Officer that takes their time and explains everything to you is tough these days. With rates going up and down and the process being very difficult it’s always hard to find someone who will explain everything to you and go as slow as you need them to go. Mike Caggiano was that person for me. He made the process so easy and was very knowledgeable and had an answer to every question. Mike from start to finish answered all my calls and made sure I knew exactly what was going throughout the entire process. I would recommend everyone to work with Mike not only because of how great he was but he also got us the best rates out there. I searched and searched and did not find a better rate than Mike provided. Mike is not only the best in the business but he is very trustworthy. In this type of process you need someone that can explain everything and is very knowledgeable and also someone that you can trust is acting in your best interest. If I was to do the process of refinancing again 100/100 times I would go with Mike. Wish there were more people like him because I felt confident and safe in his hands.
