  If I could give Evan more than 5 stars I would! We were 1st time home buyers, using a VA loan and Evan was super helpful throughout the entire home buying process! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, professional and answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner! His presentations and customer service is top notch!   Evan did a quick and thorough job with our home loan. We asked for a series of financial options based on whether we wanted to rent our current home or sell.   Evan was fantastic from start to finish. He typically answered the phone right away, and the few times he couldn’t he quickly returned my calls. He was awesome with the fact that I generally needed to call outside normal business hours and always made me feel comfortable calling when I could and not stressing out about trying to get away from work to call during typical hours.

  Evan helped my girlfriend and I finance a home out in the Sacramento area. We did everything remotely, which was awesome and sped up the process. He was extremely helpful and answered our many, many questions, and explained everything along the way. He works quickly, and we appreciated that. Overall a good experience.

  Our credit score was far below whre it needed to be to qualify for a loan however Evan came highly recommended by our realtor. he helped get our credit where it needed to be in just a few months (we needed it to increase by 70 points)! Thanks Evan
