  Evan is the perfect lender for first time buyers, and probably all buyers. He explained every part of the process in detail leaving us feel confident and secure in the offers we put forward and the signing of the contracts at the end. Evan was extremely quick through all the various stages of the mortgage process but his speed was NEVER associated with sloppiness. On top of his professionalism Evan was also very available and accommodating of our busy and non 9-5 schedule, we always felt like we could get a hold of him if needed. Our experience with Evan was better than we could have ever anticipated given the daunting nature of acquiring a mortgage. We'll be recommending Evan to all our family and friends in the home buying process!

  Our lender, Evan, always communicated promptly and clearly. We felt comfortable with him from the start, and he led us through the process without ever making us feel ignorant (even though we absolutely were). It made what could have been an intimidating process feel approachable. Additionally, their use of digital tools and technology allowed us to move quickly, which was an advantage in this competitive market. Could not recommend Evan, Nicole, and their team more highly.

  My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, and Evan and his team made the process as pain free as possible. They were friendly, patient, and easily accessible whenever we had questions. They also made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. Everyone I worked with was extremely efficient and organized, but also had a genuine humanity about them that you don't always get when working with banks (it felt like everyone was truly excited for us when we finally closed). I'd highly recommend them.
