  After starting the refinance process at another lender and having the process drag on for months I finally called Erin. From application to close it was 13 days with Intercap! They responded to all of my questions, usually within minutes, and we’re friendly and efficient. I can’t recommend Erin enough. You’d be crazy not to use these guys for your mortgage needs!!

  I loved working with Erin and the crew for my first loan. They kept me informed at each step, were patient with my questions and broadened my outlook on the possibilities of managing my refinancing. Professional, knowledgeable and patient - a great combo. I did a second loan on a rental property, that one didn't go so well. I had questions about the insurance payments being included in the payments but we're never addressed. I gave them my agent's contact info and the policy numbers on several occasions and did not receive answers. The end result was I'm paying insurance policies that were not included in the escrow. Best race is my payment substantially. I have never had a loan that did not include the insurance payments but to include one but not the others was really odd. But more surprising was the lack of communication.
