  Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I was a seller and still had a terrible experience with them. Their underwriter made a mistake for our buyers. They basically approved them for a loan amount that they couldn't afford. We were only days away from the loan being funded and they told the buyers that they couldn't fund the loan because of debt to income ratio (which they should have caught at the very beginning of the process). They basically painted us into a corner because we absolutely had to have the house sold in a certain timeframe. Since we were so far into the process, we would not have time to start over with another buyer. The only way the loan could fund is if the buyers bought points... $15,000 worth!!! Legally, the buyers were only allowed to contribute $8,000. Since this was 100% the lenders/underwriters mistake, they should have opened up their checkbooks and fixed the problem. Unfortunately, they only gave half of the $7000. My Realtor contributed around $400. So I, as the seller, had to absorb $1500. There is absolutely no reason that this expense should have fallen on me, but I had no other choice because of the timing. I am VERY disappointed with how they handled this situation. PLEASE use another lender because they will stab you in the back. My realtor said she would not ever be using them again either.

  We just closed on our new home loan. EquityReach made the refinance process so easy and painless on our end. Working with them was a breeze. Their customer service was prompt and communicative. We had put off refinancing because we thought it would be a difficult/expensive process but that did not end up being the case at all. We are looking forward to our new, much lower mortgage bill.   Mark and his professional team got right to work on my loan, I was pre-qualified the same day. 30 days later I was signing loan docs, and was officially a homeowner.   Wow! Mark, Aymee, and Angie took helpfulness to the next level when they worked with my wife and I to buy our first home last month.   Mark, Aymee, and Angela were all fantastic to work with. I was a first time home buyer, and Mark gave me some great advice on how to purchase a home responsibly, and to do it in a way that will save my wife and I a lot of money.   A very professional and knowledgeable team. We used EquityReach for a refinance on our old home and then also to purchase our new home. The team is very responsive and really know the ins-and-outs of the business. I had lots of questions and they answered with expert advice. As well, the rates are lower than most others can offer. But really the people that work here are what matters most - they know their stuff. We had several hiccups from our buyer's other lender but my lender, EquityReach, was able to handle the bumps very professionally and make it all work. Thank you!!
