  Excellent job done by Luis and Equitynow. I am very satisfied with the service received. Luis was available throughout the process. Very patient and humble and explained to me all the details. Being self employed helped me with all the additional paperwork and made the process very simple. Was very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Luis to my friends.

  It was a pleasure working on my refinance loan with the Equity Now team, especially Giovanni Acosta and Stephanie Foti. They are very knowledgeable and are always just a phone call, text, or email away. The refi didn't take long at all, right about the date they figured.   From the moment, we got in touch with Luis till today (we closed), Luis has been with us every step of the way.   Entire process was so seamless and easy. Giovanni explained everything so clearly and was there to answer any questions I had along the way. The entire process from contacting Giovanni to closing on my refinance took less than two weeks and there was no surprises or issues throughout. Highly recommend Equity Now and Giovanni!   My wife and I have worked with Equity Now for our last 2 refis. We were so happy with the way the first refi went, we did not hesitate to call Equity Now when we were ready to do our next refi which we recently completed. We worked with Giovanni Acosta who was fantastic! With my hectic work schedule, Giovanni was extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions we had which usually meant phone calls in the evening and on the weekends. With Giovanni's help and the quick turnaround of sending of documents by Stephanie in the office, the process was easy and quick (about 3 weeks).
