  We absolutely love working equitable bank. They are more like a business partner than a bank. Many years ago I opened up just one account with them and over the years they earned all my business. We now have all our accounts with them and have used them for several business loans and mortgages. They are top notch all around. I love knowing many of the people there on a first name basis and being able to call anytime with questions.

  Wonderful local community bank that cares about its customers! Exceptional customer service where relationships matter! Michelle, DJ, Doug, Adam & all his staff have been wonderful to work with! Exceptional teller staff as well . Overall, a wonderful bank with exceptional customer service & attention to detail!

  Equitable Bank is one of the best banks I've ever worked with. We use it with our business and our personal accounts we also have a credit card through them. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond every time. Highly recommend them.

Joe Dobrovolny has been our go to lender for our home mortgage for many years including our home purchase in Omaha a couple years ago and recently a re-finance to get an excellent rate. He is an all around good guy and takes time to explain the loan process from start to finish.

  We recently refinanced our home and had the best experience with Equitable Bank. The entire process is very overwhelming but the staff at this bank walked us through, step by step, and made the entire process seamless. We brought our family to the grand opening in Elkhorn and had a chance to walk through the new branch and it was beautiful. Everyone at the event was extremely kind, friendly and just happy to be there. You can tell that each of these employees looks forward to going to work each day. I would highly recommend the Elkhorn branch for any of your banking needs! The people there are amazing!

  I love the customer service of Equitable. I am always able to speak with someone right away. There are no phone menus to go through to reach a real person. If I send an email in the morning, I always have a response the same day. They remember who I am and have all the products and services I have requested.

  Believe it or not in the years I’ve been banking with Equitable they have always answered on the first ring! As a small business your banker is an important part of your business. Several years ago while looking for a new bank for my business I sat down down with Doug Nodgaard and told him what I needed in a bank, why I needed it and how it would grow my business. He listened and after providing him my business plan and financials he saw my vision and path and we began doing business. From there my business grew and as it grew the team at Equitable was by my side when we needed financing on equipment or real estate to continue to expand the business. The new branch in Elkhorn is convenient for my day to banking needs, Brandi, DJ, Alyssa and yes even Megan are super awesome, friendly and always bring a smile to my face when I stop in.
