  The drive thru window service is painfully slow every time I go to the Myerstown branch. The tellers have all been nice except for the older lady that is usually on the drive thru. The service from the loan department I dealt with at the Blue Ball branch is very lacking as well. I didn't go through with the loan through them simply because if the lack of communication and willingness to be available to be helpful

  I've been using this bank for 6 years. I have 2 business accounts and 2 personal accounts. They do an awesome job. I really like this companies banking app and website. Very user friendly. If you need a local bank, go here. Hope they build one in Lebanon sometime soon.

  I only have positive to say about Ephrata National Bank, Myerstown Branch. What a helpful and friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile for any of our banking needs. They have been extremely accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend using this branch if you want professional and excellent service. They always greet you with a smile and warm conversation.

  The institution does a great job handling the money for that 5 stars. The 3 stars is for the Bank Manager who i hope will be replaced or educated on what customer service is.

  I applied for a small low-interest loan from Ephrata National Bank to pay off my high-interest credit card debt and they said they will send a check to the credit card company directly. The only thing I asked them to do was pay off the balance but instead they also requested my account be closed. Now I have to reapply for the card and have two hits on my credit. Thanks ENB. Your slogan says that I’ll feel the difference and I most certainly have.

  Jared, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Sometimes when making a loan to pay off credit card debt, a bank will require the card be closed as a condition of approving the loan. Banks do this to help the customer maintain a level of debt that is manageable. We apologize for not effectively communicating this requirement during your loan closing process and have addressed the situation in order to provide better service going forward.
