  Envoy Mortgage got my wife and I a low rate on our loan. Chuck, our loan officer and his team helped us with the process of buying a home and made it as painless as possible. He worked closely with our realtor and us from the beginning to the end. Lastly, their website/applications were easy to use and straight forward.   So disappointed this time around, would never refer anyone. No call backs , no email or voice mail responses, we felt completely tossed to the side truly disappointing and the lack of communication and professionalism truly makes you feel like they don’t care. To finally get some kind of Communication and for them to tell you I'm Busy?

  I'm self employed so my loan was not easy in today's rigid lending environment. I'm guessing that the majority of mortgage lenders would have either given up or not have known what hoops to jump through to get my refinance done.   Refinancing my home mortgage could not have been any easier! If anyone owns a home, they know the process for a home loan or refi can be quite tedious and sometimes grueling. With rates being historically low, I worked with our Loan Officer, Chalk Dawson, and discussed with him our needs (e.g., low interest rates, lower monthly payments). Chalk provided me a loan break out, with all the costs within their "Mortgage Coach" online worksheet. That made it very easy for us to read and understand, showing what the estimated interest rate and monthly loan payment could be. Chalk was always available to answer all our questions. He kept in contact with us regularly throughout the entire process and letting us know where we were in the loan process. Everything was done online via their portal and it was very easy. I was also surprised on how fast we were able to complete the process and go to settlement! I would highly recommend Chalk Dawson and the team at Envoy Mortgage!
