  Everything made our experience great! It was very difficult making the first phone call. We had a bad loan with a high interest rate for 12 years and thought we were stuck with it. I called Amber and she was so positive! I got our paperwork to her and every step of the way she was positive. She and Julie of Envoy answered my questions almost immediately.
