  This has been my bank for several years, I've always depended on Shelly's assistance in the past, and she has never left me down. I went in, and asked her to help me rearrange some of my accounts. Once again she paid close attention to the details, and came through with a great recommendation! Shelly is definitely my go to person, her attitude, knowledge, and experience helps make that branch what it is today. The entire staff provides remarkable customer service and a personal touch. Great bank , I highly recommend!

  Shelly is amazing! I know she has to be busy, but somehow, no matter the time, day, situation, she always responds AND is so attentive! As if I’m the only customer the bank has. I don’t know how she does it, but I’m happy she does! We have personal and business accounts, and are often out of state or traveling, but wherever we are, we are confident that if we have a banking issue, we’re covered - no worries! It is so refreshing in today’s often impersonal business world that each of the girls at this branch are responsive, capable, respectful, and very personable.

  Shelly is ALWAYS accomodating and quick with whatever needs i have weather is be personal or business. One of my favorite things is the staff knows who i am and they all are very professional. If your not banking here your missing out.

  Refinancing your home is always stressful when you're by yourself. Getting multiple quotes from several banks is nerve racking. But Shelly and Braxton at Enterprise Bank in Perryville made it sooooo easy! They were able to 'dumb down' the language for me so a normal person can understand it. Their rate was very competitive and saved me a bunch of money. They were readily available for me for all my questions. And believe me, I had a bunch of questions especially with all the paperwork involved. But the most important factor for choosing Enterprise Bank is that they treat me as a close family friend. They call me by my name and see me as a human being and not just some number or customer that they can make money off of. That factor is PRICELESS to me!!

  I had a problem recently with a debit card on one of my accounts and the branch manager, Shelly Janet handled it quickly and professionally. She is top notch. She understood the problem and was excellent at her job. She is the very reason I bank with Enterprise in Perryville MO. The whole staff at the bank are great ladies and take excellent care of me with my daily banking transaction. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Great bank. Most knowledgeable banking help in the community. Everything is perfect. You have an issue allow the folks here to help. When you think of hometown banking this is the place.

  We have banked at Enterprise Bank for several years. The friendly and courteous staff is wonderful. Shelly Janet is amazing-always goes above and beyond for her customers. Shelly is so helpful and always there to answer questions. And answers them quickly!!! I can't say enough good things about her.

  My husband and I just began banking with Enterprise Bank last week and we can honestly say we have received better customer service in the past week than we have in all the years we were with The Bank of Missouri. We feel Shelly Janet has already gone above and beyond for us! We truly can't say enough nice things about her! We are very, very happy to be banking with Enterprise.
