  From day one of our communication with Linda, our experience was fantastic! Starting with educating us about the delayed closing process (which was a huge asset because we were moving out of a rental), to fast-tracking our closing date because a tree crashed through the roof of our rental.   Top notch lender. I have used Dave Shelor for 7 different mortgages and refinances. The first few times I used him, I shopped around for the best rate and Dave was always super competitive.
