  The year 2020 brought lot of pain and loss in our world. The only good thing which came out of 2020 was the low mortgage interest rates. When I decided to refinance my mortgage, I went online and started looking at my options. As soon as I entered my details, I was hit with barrage of phone calls, even from places where I didn't apply at. The only gentleman (Ellis Nance) who reached out to me via email and mentioned that "Hey, I know you must have lot of calls till now but if you prefer to talk via email, please get in touch". From this email, I knew that Ellis is right guy who understands that sometimes things are better communicated via emails rather than calls where immediate inputs are required. Ellis helped me with all the questions I had and gave me various options suitable for my needs (over email so I could peruse them in time). He even provided me spreadsheets to evaluate my options. I cross checked his numbers with other places and found Ellis' calculations to be precise with reasonable interest rates. Once I had all necessary information, we finally spoke on phone and he helped me from there on out till successful closing was done.
