  Erica was amazing! Not only was she friendly but very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had! I feel very confident in choosing Elga as not only my credit union but also my daughters 1st credit union as well thanks to Erica! Shes truly an asset to your company!

  A year ago I changed my banking to ELGA credit union and count this as a great decision. My banking needs are handled easily and effectively, but the best part is the personal service. It is so important to work with capable people who truly care. Very rare to find and so appreciated when you find it. For me, being able to talk face to face with someone I trust is most important.

  Phenomenal customer service. If your looking for a loan, don't hesitate to contact Rhonda or Jessica at the Pierson Rd Branch. This crew is very knowledgeable, and can help direct us financially.

  My experience with ELGA credit union is very personable, I am treated like family, not a stranger. In fact, some staff will even address me by name, this makes me feel very welcomed.

  I approached my ELGA representative Kayla Buchanan about a problem I was having with my ELGA app and she researched the problem and contacted me after hours to solve it. She has a great attitude and is always helpful and positive. I greatly appreciate her efforts.

  Excellent customer service & banking!! I just received a response from the owner that the drive-through IS open on Saturdays! Five stars again!!! I’ve got my parents switched over to ELGA from their former bank across the street, and they are much happier as well.
