  Poor services. Poor communication. Had everything signed and home was ordered... then they canceled the loan on us. Never contacting us no the place where we got the house from. BAD business. Do not use them. they make it easy at 1st to get things going . But BAD Services and BAD communication from all ends!! BAD experience!!!! Taking 5 months of work getting things done and ready to go... and lost money because of this.

  Great Team to work with, was able to close my loan in less than a 1 month to meet the closing deadline. Was able to get appraisal in just about 2 weeks. Bryant Thompson was great to work with!

  I have had one initial mortgage, but gone through multiple refinances. My experience with Christopher Connelly (loan officer) and Alicia Zuccarelli (loan processor) was the best I've ever had. Both were pleasant, considerate, very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to close my loan in under 23 days, which was a great relief because our current home was sold and closing before we had a new place and my wife was eminently due with our sixth child at the same time! You can imagine the stress of moving and getting a loan under those conditions. I also found the portal very simple to use and amazingly more friendly than the "secure email" systems I've used in the past and did again with my title company. Also, eLend has really great rates and costs. Maybe not quite as good as one other unnamed internet based lender, but I found the service to more than make up for that. Thanks again Chris an Alicia!

  Really enjoyed this refinance experience. ELend stayed in constant contact and answered all my questions right way. Their online document submittal and review system is the bomb. I had to mail my documents to my old lender.....Elend is awesome and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a first time mortgage or a refinance.

  ELEND was very good to work with throughout the process. They were very responsive to our requests, kept us informed of what was going on, and they were great at being flexible. There are always a lot of documents involved in this kind of process, and their online portal was excellent.

  Alex and Avery were awesome. They explained everything well and were there to answer any questions we had. We are so thankful we were able to refinance through Elend. The electronic document upload and signing made the process so easy.   This process started with my realtor strongly advising that I find a local lender and to stay away from online lenders.. I was feeling pretty skeptical as well, but after talking to several local lenders I thought I should get some information from some online lenders. I submitted a request through Zillow and Scott Galbraith reached out to me from eLend within an hour. After talking with him for a good hour on the phone he had me feeling much more comfortable about using an online lender. In addition, the numbers in the estimate he gave me were outstanding. Afterwards, I continued to talk to local lenders, showing them the numbers that Scott shared with me and nobody could come close to touching them. At that point my mind was mostly made up. Scott and I had several long conversations during the loan process. It didn't take much longer for me to feel confident that eLend would be my lender. Scott went above and beyond to make sure I understood and felt confident through the whole process. Could not ask for a better mortgage loan originator. I don't know if Scott is representative of all the loan originators that work for eLend or if he is a GEM in the rough, but I would have no qualms recommending Scott and eLend if you are looking for a new mortgage. The whole process was incredibly smooth. Tara Barrett, whom was my loam processor was fantastic as well. Very communicative through the whole process, helping make sure I understood exactly what I needed to supply eLend and explaining the process as well. What a great team! Thank you both!!

  As a mortgage professional with 13 years for experience, I've dealt with many lenders in my career. eLEND, hands down has the best originations, processing and underwriting team that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. In addition to that, their pricing is amongst the best that you will find in the business. Do yourself a favor and call eLEND right now if you are refinancing or buying a home.

  My loan processor Danielle Kurtz and my loan Originator David Pelesh were the greatest. They made everything so easy,convenient, and did it with great professionalism. They answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. And so quick, we closed in 17days! Couldn't have asked for better service.

  Do not use Elend be warned. Horrible communication and they do not know their lending laws. I had every document sent to them right away when they asked, did every paper work for months, and have excellent credit. I tried to work with them for 4 months of dealing with Elend's Joshua Piersol and Elizabeth Weinke. They didn't even try to make anything work, complete waste of time! I am out thousands of dollars because of these idiots. Trust me don't do it, get someone you can work with locally.
