  The Deanne Ellis team of Covington Ga is a great local business to get your mortgage lending needs met. They are way better then any of the super large internet web based companies. We bought with Element May of this year prior to that we was working with Rocket Mortgage and they were a nightmare. Nick Bennett and the Element Funding Team got us back on track and with them we were able to purchase the home of our dreams. Event though we got the best rates at the time, If rates go lower I may even try to refinance with them. Thank you Nick and the Element Funding Team.

  Horrible! Was suppose to close in 48 hrs as was telling us they still wasn’t sure if we were going to close and then tried to act like they didn’t know that my husband was furloughed from his job when I clearly told them. Apartment had already been rented out and movers scheduled for picking our stuff up! Will never do business with them again. Then told us we’ll go get a hotel for a week like we had an extra 2,000 for that smh When we already have to bring closing cost to the table plus pay for movers etc..... smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ never again !
