  I've worked with Stephanie on a recent project, she was very thorough and transparent. I just want to say out of the years I've been investing in properties she has made the process easier than previous deals. She let's me know up front if she was able to do the deal or not. A lot of brokers tend to shop deals around but she kept me in the loop and placed me with a lender she felt would be best.

  I found this company online and I was hesitating to do business with them from my previous experiences. I’m an investor and in the real estate industry a lot of lenders are like sharks, all they want to do is find there next dinner. Now you see why I was hesitate! I had my initial call with Jocelyn and she was delightful. She was diligent in making me feel comfortable as she build a report with me. I received enough positive vibes from her so I decided to move forward in giving 8th Street Capital a chance. I dealt with Stephanie for t he remainder of the process and she knows what she is talking about. She cut straight to the point with no Bull. They made sure that they returned my calls and answered my texts. I appreciate the time and professionalism you guys shared with me. Stay truthful and professional in this industry and you guys will always be respected.

  It took me 6 months but I'm finally writing a review. This will be my 2nd deal with the company. Our first deal went great and the closing process was normal like other loans. I was able to receive the funds in a reasonable amount of time. The employees were great do deal with. Stephanie, thank you for your hard work.

  This company was referred to me from a friend. This is my 1st deal and Stephanie showed me the ropes. She was informative and professional. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go through with the deal. I need to get a few things in place on my end to get started. When I gather all the documents I will be heading right back to 8th St Capital.
