  Emily is so helpful! Called EECU many times to get my card removed and no-one was able to help except Emily. Keep up the great work!

  When I to to a branch it’s to get people to help with banking not to get pushed to a glorified ATM. Everyone I’ve seen at this branch only wants to push you to the machines and don’t want to actually help. Go to another branch if you want real customer service
