  Currently 23 years old and needed a new vehicle. Thank God I found out about this credit union! I was in contact with a extremely helpful lady named Angie. She made the process so easy and it was pleasantly fast. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get the loan that I needed, but due to the incredible service I was able to receive my loan and get my new vehicle! Highly recommend going through this credit union!

  Opened up an account and applied for a loan and was really impressed with how easy, fast, and professional they are. The loan department was awesome would definitely recommend them to anybody. When I called over the phone I actually got people and not automated services such a pleasure to do business with.

  A colleague at work was looking for a place to go for a loan. I informed him of the Educational & Governmental credit union in Hartsdale that I belong to for many years. He went to the Credit union and was able to get a personal loan on the same day. He said his experience at the Credit Union was pleasant as my experience has always been.   This credit union has always been extremely helpful. I have used them multiple times for loans as well as regular banking. The staff is wonderful and always accommodating. They have numerous different types of loans that you can choose from and the Loan officer Angie is efficient and kind. I highly recommend banking with them.

  I have never had any problems with the branch in Hartsdale. I have been a member for over 30 years. The staff are very pleasant and they serve the members with courtesy and kindness! Try them out and see for yourself!

  Just opened my account with this credit union. I applied for an auto loan, heard back that I was approved, and I got the loan the very next day! Couldn’t believe how fast and quick it was. Come see Angie if you need a loan!! She’s patient, very informative and will answer all your questions!!!

  I have been with this credit union for over 10 years. This credit union is so antiquated. I always say I’m going to hang in there because they can only get better. WRONG, it goes from bad to worse! My account was compromised, I called them and they shut it down. This happened to 4 people I know at the same time. I have been waiting over a month now for my new card. Being they don’t do zelle or cashapp I cannot utilize my money. Every time I need cash I have to go to Hartsdale to get it. I spoke with the new CEO, he stood in my face and lied and said he would expedite my card….still waiting week 5! I feel like a hostage!!!

  This is my first car loan through the credit union. This was the easiest and fastest process. The ladies were extremely helpful and amazing. All my car and personal loans will be through the credit union.

  The service here was excellent, everybody was very nice and accommodating. A special shout-out to Angie for all of her attention, patience and explanations. She truly made things very easy for me.
