      I've been a member since they were in a mobile home of the "SMSU Campus. I have ALWAYS received super service when I needed help. Even on "strange" loans - they once financed a small airplane I bought. The loan officer had never financed an airplane and was a little nonplussed as to how to do it - but he did it! I cite want to cite "Diane" at the Ozark branch. She went waaaayyyy beyond the call of duty helping me get my wife into a nursing home. But they are all great helpers.

      Robin helped me out on getting a car loan and it went super smooth and we were able to buy our car within a week. She was very helpful in going over the options that they had available. The interests rates here beat everything else in the area, including the dealership special 2.99% interest on a 60 month loan. I couldn't be happier and am so glad we're a member at this credit union!

      10/10 would recommend this Credit Union! If I could give more stars I would. This is such a friendly environment and the employees are so encouraging! I will recommend this bank to anyone and everyone! Look out Bank of America and Well Fargo ECCU is the next big thing!!!!

      I had an outstanding vehicle loan experience with the ozark branch all of the loan officers I talked with there treated me with a level of service and compassion that well beyond any reasonable expectation. Simply amazing I am totally bought in to this credit union. The rates and terms were very competitive also.

      They are kinda stuck in the past. I can't really accomplish anything when I work away from home. Had to go to Bank of America for what I needed and for the convenience.
