  I have never had a bad experience with this credit union. The employees at the Angola Road location are very nice. And their loan officers take their time to explain everything to me. And that is very appreciated.

  Update: I couldn't reply to the other reply to this.. and seemed like they did not read my email well. I said that I do not do on line banking for my reasons. Could you try to use a different phone service if the one you had doesn't work for you anymore? I'm sure it's not there only one. I understand you do shared branching, because that's all I can use with my schedule. But they are LIMITED with what they can do for us. When we have to go to the office, the only one location is far!! Otherwise, I'd just do everything in person. I've been with this Credit Union for 20 years and I do like it. It's been helpful over the years but sadly, I'm changing. It's no one's fault, just too inconvenient for me to and I found a new one with mobile service. I don't use the online banking or bill paying for anything. Original message: I would suggest bringing back the automated phone banking system. I don't like putting my personal information online. I went online to try it anyways and as soon as it asked for my social security number, things started popping up and asking me to purchase things from third-parties. Then I started getting notifications that my phone had activities going on. if you've ever had your money taken out of the bank you would be reluctant to do this. The automated service was so much more convenient and everybody else that I talked to prefers it. Please bring it back. Don't take any more convenient away from us since you only have one Bank office.

  The automatic telephone system is no longer supported by our provider and we’ve had intermittent outages for the last 6 months. There is not a solution to replace this system. We understand this service was used and some came to rely on accessing their accounts in that way. Accessing the account through online banking, mobile banking, ATM and/or visiting a shared branching location are alternative ways to get balances, transfer money. Feel free to call to set up a time where we can assist you in accessing online banking or possibly downloading the mobile app.

  ***BORROWER BEWARE*** This bank charges ridiculous fees for loans that most other banks do not. Read the fine print carefully!!! Also Marcy Keefer in the loan department is very rude and difficult to work with. I would suggest using a different bank for all your personal loans.

  I was at my credit for 25 years. And I left them very disappointed. And join this credit Union. And I'm so gratefully to y'all because you are helping me. Thanks you so much.

  Michael Plath and Marcy Keefer are the most uncaring, money hungry people and I will not recommend this bank to ANYONE AT ALL.

  Thank you for your notification-- and we apologize if you are confused by the times. We are, in fact, open till 5pm everyday. The lobby does close at 4:30pm, but the drive thru is open until 5pm. On Fridays, the lobby does close at 5:30pm but the drive thru is open until 6pm. As you can not specify drive thru hours on Google, these are correct.
