  During the month of September, 2017, I was able to obtain a Loan from Easy Street to invest in purchasing a house in Round Rock, TX for fixing up & flipping.   An incredible investment. Anyone familiar with investing knows that Risk and Rate of Return follow each other -- high risk, high return -- low risk, low return. Easy Street found a niche where there is almost no risk and yet yields over a 10% return. I trust my money here more than the FDIC. -Simplicity: Very easy to understand business model. -Transparency: Casey routinely communicates in a clear, concise way. Nothing is hidden. -Trustworthy: I now know Stephen and Casey and they both know me. If I needed help over at Northwestern Mutual, it would take 5 minutes and an irritating automated telephone menu later before I could talk to a human, let alone someone who could help. -Again, 10%, no risk!!!

  Easy Street Capital was easy to work with and very fast. When you are buying an investment home you need to move quick. Easy Street moved quick and closed when we needed. We worked with Casey and he was understanding and helpful.

  This was my first hard money loan, and Casey/Easy Street was the only place with a loan that fit my situation. Casey worked quickly to put the deal together. Everything was as it was said it would be; I paid the agreed upon fees and interest and there were no surprises save a document fee at payoff. In a world where people are trying to scam you right and left, I was pleased and relieved that Easy Street was trustworthy and honest.
