  Phil always did me right, I have pawned there for 30 years and I have never had any problems except for my 3rd pawn from the end one ... I pawned my tool box and I used my Milwaukee dolly/ cart to take the tools in on well I just left the dolly with the tool's on the dolly and when I went to pick it up on the first to my surprise there was no dolly we looked everywhere he promised me the next one that came in was mine but now they are closed gonna miss you Phil

  Great old man we are on the same page 4 sure been there many times. Any one that can't get along with him must be vary new school to wheeling and dealing .

  I have been to this pawnshop twice or three times in the past two years. The owner was friendly and willing to make deals with me. I have been given the stink-eye or ignored at other pawnshops, so I know that pawnshop employees can lack customer-service skills. Four stars because the pawnshop is cluttered with dead stock but has some items worth buying. [Edit: I drove to the pawnshop early in February 2019 to verify that the man still runs the place. Yep, he does. And he still eats lunch from 12 to 1, so show up before noon or after one.]

  Owner lied about an item claiming that it was new it was used and over twenty years old. We talked about pricing for this used item that he had claimed as new. When my wife went back to purchase such item he gave her a higher price and told her it was a new item. She told him that he had already given me a purchase price and said oh well this is the price now.

  Phone service incredibly rude and unhelpful. If zero stars was available, that’s what they’d get. A complete and total waste of time if you’re looking for any information on what they buy or what you can sell. They don’t even know their electronic merchandise for the times. What’s worse is that they do not listen long enough or give you enough time to respond and educate them when they should know already. This is a terrible service.

  Owner is extremely rude. Was looking around and told me to leave so he could go eat. Very clustered and a huge waste of my time. Do not waste yours

  Went in to look around and was pushed out the door basically. The owner proceeded to tell me to hurry up and look because he wanted to go to lunch. Plus the shop was really dirty and unorganized.

  I have had to brand new items destroyed from there and they never even offered to make it right
