  Very friendly folks! Eager and willing to help with any banking needs. By far, the very best place, at least in Bristol anyway, to bank. If you're trying to decide which bank to open an account with, look no further. I did extensive research before deciding on ECU and I couldn't b happier with my decision!

  I've been with ECU for a long time and have never had any problems. I have even ran into some of the people outside of ECU and they speak and are as nice as they are at work. And then there's Michelle , she is awesome. Thanks ECU for having such great people on your staff.

  I’ve been with 5 different banks in my lifetime. This is the one I’ll stay with as long as I’m in the area. Kayla H has helped me on numerous occasions and what a brilliant young lady she is. Humble, kind, and knows her stuff.

  Phone app for immediate deposit of checks, always reach someone via phone, always friendly, and web site better than other banks I deal with. Can print ATM cards that are ready to use within 24 hrs or sooner.

  This bank has the slowest drive thru of any bank I've ever used in my life. Also, the lot is poorly designed so you can get stuck behind the drive thru lines after using the drive-up ATM. There's not near enough parking here either!

  I'm concerned and wondering with all the comments below, have you ever banked anywhere else? I have used / have several bank accounts with many different banks, all of which let you do mobile deposits from day 1, without haveing to ooen up an extra account. They are makeing us wait 60 days before we can mobile deposit... I can over look that, but I had to take off work early today to go deposit a check, since the atm wouldn't let me deposit either Manger told my wife you have to be a member for 6 months before you can deposit at the atm.... Umm don't that sound backwards? At least at the atm they have a physical copy of the check instead of a photo should something happen. And I'm still laughing at the managers "Not enough card activity on the account " We use the card everyday all day, and how could I use it more when I can't make a deposit?? All in all I'm really upset since I have heard so many good things about this bank to be let down with the most archaic online and atm banking is any other bank in TN. Thank God I haven't switched all my money over to them yet, I will be closing the accounts and recommending all my family and coworkers do the same..

  The best bank anyone could ever have cant get any better than this practically everyting is free plus they give you free money end year dividents

  Its nice to bank somewhere convenient such as Eastman cu however their customer service is terrible. The people are rude. I will be switching banks.

  Nice people, very helpful, but you can NEVER get a hold of them. Called 20+ times different times of day and different days of the week. They never answer the phone.
