  I bought my 1st car from bill in 2015. I drive for my job and had my car for 4 years. I decided to get another car from bill and ive had it for a year and a half and love it so much! They are the best people to work with. When i got my 1st car i didn't have good credit. When i got my credit score up i still chose ez auto over any other place because i know they can be trusted. Ive sent 2 friends to get cars through him as well!

  Great place to buy a used vehicle if your credit isn't the greatest. The owner is fantastic! Great guy! Very helpful and nice!

  There is no one better then the people at E-Z Auto Credit!!! They are the best people people to get you in a car!!!! They went above and beyond to get me in the truck I wanted!!! You guys are the very best!!! I will never go anywhere else.

  bought a car threw this place in less then 6 months of having it had to spend over 600.00 to fix the top half of the engine keep in mind they refused to help fix it. So we moved 3 months after that and the whole engine went. We called told them that we need help to get it fixed or they can come get it they refused both then proceeded to put a judgement on us Ok so now we live in a different state and the state wants us to transfer the plates from Wisconsin to Oregon no problem oh wait we need the title so we call to get the title since we have the judgement the car is legally ours now and yep they wont send the title till they get money for a car that doesn't run, we cant sell it, cant fix it, cant title it, now how does that work??? So please be aware of what you buy from EZ Auto Credit in Eau Claire Wisconsin I suggest going to a real dealership and not this place unless you want to pay for a lemon!!!

  EZ Auto takes advantage of people in tough situations. I had to limp my car into their lot. Sold me a Mazda that needed endless parts. Never missed a payment and with 1000 left in payments the entire rear mount rusted and punched a hole through my trunk. They told me it wasn't fixable and got me to sign on for a new vehicle adding the previous balance of a car that did not make a year. New vehicle had all the same issues. Bad parts right off the lot. I had my child with me and no other option but to sign as their previous vehicle left us stranded. I continued to pay on second vehicle on time. I finally voluntarily gave the vehicle back. They have me on the hook for 4500 left on vehicle I gave back. They sold that vehicle for 750 at auction and I have to pay the difference. Buyer Beware.

  Well 1st off I wanna say bill is a good guy to talk to BUT if you need a vehicle and don't have good credit I would strongly suggest going to carhop they have really good warranties on their vehicles EZ auto not so much I had bought a vehicle from there a year ago and within the 1st 6 months I had to replace the whole front end of the vehicle every week something else broke on it and then the head gasket blew on it at the 6 month mark then at the 1 year mark the mortar is shot and the whole time I had been talking to ez auto trying to work anything out with them but they couldn't help with late payments or help fixing it or even doing a trade in on the thing even after I had put over $4000 just in repairs and another $4000 in payments all they told me was "that's what you get for buying a used car" they only have a 30 day warranty that's why I suggest carhop they accept all credit with a good warranty

  Absolutely love the car I got there. Have had no issues from it, but it is a used car lot so I'm sure there's occasionally lemons

  horrible place went to look at a ram 1500 that’s been sitting there for a month and one of the employees tried to open the hood and he said it’s the first time they ever looked over that truck, i do not recommend looking at vehicles from here

  If you find yourself in a bit of financial trouble... and can't make payments, they go to court behind your back and garnish your wages. These guys make promises... and fail to keep them.
