  We loved how responsive and communicative Dylan was. We reached out to him early, before we sold our previous home. He took the time to talk us through the current market and gave us a heads up about how and when to get locked in. When we started looking for our new home, Dylan was amazingly responsive. He created customized info videos for us, did the math on multiple loan options to show us where we'd break even on a buy-down for a lower interest rate, prompted us on required paperwork, and gave us a weekly recap on where we were in the process. With Dylan, we not only get to support a local business in our new community, but we got a better-than-expected interest rate. Can't recommend Dylan and his team highly enough.

  I'll be honest, my girlfriend and I shopped around for lenders when we first started this process.. and while there were others competing for our business, Dylan really stuck out to us because of his fantastic service, timeliness and professionalism. Dylan arranged to meet with us whenever it was convenient for us, since I work M-F 8-5, so finding a decent time isn't always easy. He happily met with us on a Saturday afternoon in his office and went over the entire loan process (we were first time home buyers!). Not only did Dylan consistently follow-up with us, but he sent us updates 2 times a week where we were at in the loan process, which just made everything much less stressful on us. Dylan always made us feel like we were taken care of throughout the entire process, and we could trust him! I will recommend Dylan to everyone and anyone I know - whether you're re-financing, buying a new home.. Dylan should be your first option!

  As a soon-to-be first time home buyer, I found the home loan process both confusing and a bit intimidating. When I mentioned to Dylan, in passing, that I was thinking about buying a house, he offered to meet up with me over coffee and go over the process. Dylan came fully prepared with excellent resources and tools to help me understand what lenders look at and what I may qualify for. Dylan skillfully outlined how to calculate what I could afford without asking for my specific financial details. I greatly appreciated this, as I was nervous beforehand that I may feel pressured to go into detail about my personal finances.
