  Bob was outstanding! His whole team was great. Made what I thought to be a stressful and nerve racking process so easy and convenient! Bob never had an issue if I would call, text, or email later in the day and always got back to me ASAP. Karen was also a pleasure to work with! She made it seem like I was talking to a friend or relative, rather then someone looking for your business! She even followed up after closing to make sure everything went smooth! The whole Draper and Kramer company was great! If your looking for a mortgage, I highly suggest speaking with Bob Faust. He will meet and exceed your expectations!

  Bob Faust and his team at Draper & Kramer are absolutely top notch!! Always there with a super quick response to questions and keeping you on top of every step of the process!! Also kept track of the rates for me to let me know when it was best to re-fi..... saved me even more on my mortgage payment!!!! If you need mortgage services - Bob Faust is the man to call!!

  From our first conversation Bob listened to my needs and put together the right mortgage for me. He is clearly knowledgeable and has access to a variety of products. The process was easy from start to finish including the agent who came to our home for closing. His office was on top of every detail. Overall great experience.

  This is my second time working on a loan with Frank and I will never use a different company or loan officer. This process can be confusing snd overwhelming - with Frank it is smooth and easy. He has such patience dealing with my questions, kept in constant contact with me, and really listened to what I needed so he could make it happen. He hustled like crazy to close my loan in the time frame I needed and I am so grateful to him.
