  This has been the worst experience trying to get a loan. The loan officer will not answer any calls and will get upset when asked a question. Provided a pre-approval letter and when i started to schedule showings, he said cancel everything you dont have an approval. Wont explain why, or talk to me over the phone. Being a first time buyer i expect alot more. I will advice anyone looking to buy a home go elsewhere.

  It was smooth sailing right from the start of the loan application process to the closing. They happily indulged our constant questioning, helped us understand the mortgage process in detail and were prompt with any required actions. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a prompt, reliable broker, particularly for your first home purchase!

  I just closed on a house last month with Draper and Kramer Mortgage. The whole process took about 5 months. I worked with Jeff Reichenbach and he was knowledgeable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Jeff was so helpful before closing while viewing home, during closing making sure that everything was in order for me, and after closing following up to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. I couldn't recommend him enough.
