  WARNING. This bank will willingly give any amount of money requested away to anyone claiming to be you. This is a great place to use if you want your money stolen. Then when you call you get told that you are not on the account (even though you have been for eight years when you OPENED the account) and theres nothing they can do. I encourage everyone without an account here to go to literally anywhere else, and anyone with an account here to know your money is not safe. At a moments notice your hard earned dollars could be walking out the door with a criminal. How this place is still operating is baffling. Al Capone would be more trusted with my money than these con artists

  I have been a member of Dover Federal Credit Union for fifteen years. I can say that I have only positive things to say about this bank, no matter the question or the subject. Overall, great bank and customer service!

  One of the worst "banks" ever. I have had to report them to the NCUA for lies and stollen funds, on top of mishandling of accounts. All on recordings. This lawsuit should be fun...but the local media is going to have more fun.

  I have been a member for over 20 years. This credit union have always been there for my family and me. They serve there customers with a smile and prompt service. I would recommend them for all customers who wants affordable rates and quality service hats off Dover Federal Credit Union.

  Wish l could give 0 stars. This bank is terrible with customer service, do NOT ever use them for a loan/title/anything other then a place to keep your money. Even then ld recommend finding a better bank. Something as simple as requesting a title cant even be done correctly. Customer service tells you one thing, the branch tells you something else, and no one returns phone calls. Cashiers check isnt the same as cash, but they seem to think so. This is the 2nd time lve ran into issues with this bank. The only person who was able to help me quit, probably because she was sick of doing other peoples jobs. You are much better off with another bank.

  They suck! Mobile app never lets me log in, employees can never help with questions asked, and not to mention half the time you can never get ahold of them through telephone. Also my fiancé’s check gets directly deposited and his last check was deposited by his job and Dover federal kept saying they never received it when his job had proof it was deposited. Never use this bank. Definitely don’t recommend.

  If I could give lower I would have. No return phone calls! Messages left 2 weeks prior between emails, phone calls, & 3 voice mail messages to one of the Employees!! Rude!!! Unprofessional!!

  I have been a member for over 5 years. There is always problems with their login servers and their hours for help to fix the issues are terrible. Everything is very 2005 for this bank.

  Worse bank ever ! Every time I call always so snobby and never help out with any of my questions to activate a bank card they assign me always so quick to get off the phone and I'm always stuck taking off work to deal with their non sense!

  Customer service is bad they don't answer phone it's 930am they open at 9am but no one still answering phones I can't get in my account absolutely horrible. I don't suggest anyone going with this bank
