I love Dover Federal Credit Union, I've been a member for over a year, and I could not be happier when it comes to banking here.

Good Fleetwood1Horrible bank. They turn the smallest tasks into an absolute nightmare. The Milford branch, in particular, is a joke. As soon as my auto loan is paid off, I will happily be closing my accounts and going elsewhere.

Edwin Perez3This review is for the DFCU Milford branch. They can improve customer service. The manager was polite and worked with my situation but there are a couple employees that don't care what happens to the customer when there is a dispute. Maybe they will improve in the future with all the complaints other people including myself had with that branch. I still preferring to conduct business at the Dover branch.

madison taylor1I came to this branch while I was in Milford and will never come again. The one in Dover never gives me a hard time about cashing my checks but this one had " different policies". I was glad to take my business to the Dover location.
