  HIGHTLY RECOMMEND!! I started my home buying search back in 2017 and this is when I first met Doug and began the process of getting pre-approved for a mortgage. I obviously had tons of questions being I was a first time home buyer. A lot of road blocks came in the way from then until now but FINALLY in 2021, in this crazy market, I found a home and Doug was with me the entire way. Never complained when I told him I wanted to wait another year, asked for numerous pre-approval letters at 10PM because I couldn't decide on my offer price etc. You name it, Doug was responsive. All in all it was a great experience with Doug and he made the process smooth, quick and easy which is how it should be for anybody.

  Doug is the Best! I'd definitely recommend him to anyone. He made the whole process so easy! Extremely fast at getting back to us anytime I'd text or email with a question.   Doug made our entire process of navigating the mortgage world incredibly seamless from start to finish. My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers and had tons of questions about the process.   Doug was very accommodating from the time we started talking. He gave us a competitive rate, and the closing amount was still less than what was offered from some lenders I connected online. We asked for multiple approval letters as the purchase offers changed in this market. They were pretty quick and on point. His team(Kristen for me) was always in touch with me regarding any updates or whenever anything was required. As a first time home buyer we used to have many doubts and concerns regarding the home purchase. The most satisfying thing for us is we could contact him and his team at anytime, day or night. There were some last minute documents requirements, but I understand the purpose of those records from the lenders point of view. Even at that time you feel like Doug and his team is with you.

This also helped minimize the amount of paperwork I had to sign at closing.
