  Buying a house for the first time was extremely stressful and I had so many questions, Leo was so amazing at answering all of my questions. He was patient and efficient during the entire process. Numbers are definitely not my thing but Leo helped me understand how much my loan amount, monthly payments, down payment and closing costs would be and I'm so grateful for that! He was fantastic!

  Rommel Salazar is someone that I highly regard and will continue to work with for many years to come. Rommel has an extremely high ethical perspective and that just makes me want to closely associate with him. He always wants to do what is best for the client, ME! I saw that many times. Rommel went out of his way to help my wife and I. He even covered ALL off the costs of extending the loan rate lock because we had some communication issues with the appraiser who was not providing the report in a timely manner and delayed our transaction, causing us to incur a cost for extending our loan lock.. Rommel was the superhero who not only took the blame (it wasn't his fault) but also covered the expense to make it easy on us. I HIGHLY recommend Rommel Salazar and will work with him and him only!

  Patrick & Doorway got me a great rate! But 1.5 months after Closing, they really came through. I made my 1st pymt and then my loan was sold. New Lender said I didn't make the first pymt. I informed Patrick who immediately knew who I was and the whole Doorway team sprung into action. Before the day was over, the problem was solved and my credit rating secure. Where can you get service like that -- after you have finished your business with the mortgage broker!

  I've worked with Bill, and company, most recently purchasing my home in Gardnerville, Nv. in October 2018. My experience with Bill was one of working with a person who knows well the requirements and financial data that is required to satisfy the underwriters of their lending agency. I did not experience Bill coming back to me over and over again, with "now we need this, now we need that, or now we need new references." He gave me, up front, the list of financial information I needed to supply Doorway. As a result, he did not keep coming back over and over as I've heard some buyers experience. They knew well enough what is required at the outset, and communicated it to me. This made the whole experience very smooth. Smooth is good, when buying a home. I recommend Doorway Home loans, for your home buying peace of mind.
