  Donna was so helpful during this extremely hectic time for me and my husband. We are first-time home buyers so we really didn’t know anything going into this process and felt completely lost. Donna was very patient and understanding with us. She answered every question we had and we always felt better after talking to her. She was very efficient in her tasks too.   I was a first time home buyer who had done minimal research online on what options were available to me. After calling my bank to see if they offered the loan I needed, I came up empty handed and a little discouraged. I looked online to find a lender and Donna’s name appeared with some pretty great reviews. Let me tell you, calling Donna was the best thing I could have done for myself. She was very informative, professional, and polite. She let me know what my options were and pre-qualified me within a day. She was also able to recommend realtors who could help me in my search. A little over 4 weeks later, I signed the closing papers and now own a new home. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
