  This place has the worst people I have ever meet working there. Doc is rude and his grandson is a lier. That place deserves what it gets and more. I'm not going to discuss my issues with them because it's ongoing legal issue.

  My son baught a very expensive watch from him, 500 bucks expensive, and when he tried to take it back, doc himself humiliated my son saying he didnt buy it there and yelling at him to get out or he would call the police. My son was so amazed he left without a further scene. We found the receipt eventually, but my son decided it wasnt worth the drama. He is the biggest crook in town if u ask me. I wouldnt send my enemy there!!!!!

  Please do not waist your time or your money at Docs pawn shop. I spent $200 on a tv there, I got it home and it did not work. He refused to give me a refund or even to swap it out for another tv so I am at a total loss. I would rate this pawn shop a 0 out of 5 stars if I had the option to do so. The service is horrible the items they sell are useless. I advise everyone to stay away from this crooked business. In fact the owner actually said that I did something to the tv and I broke it. I’m kinda curious as to why I would spend $200 just to get home and destroy my investment? I even offered to compromise and just take HALF my money back. Please do not shop at Docs pawn shop. It is a waist of your time and money and he does NOT stand behind the complete garbage he sells.

  Doc is very rude. I brought a portable heating and air conditioning unit to him and he argued with me about how it's just an air conditioner and how I must have been on something if I thought it was running heat. I bought this unit specifically for the heater and he wanted to be rude and argumentative. All he would have had to do is look up the model number. I will never buy nor sell anything there again.

  Most expensive museum of "vintage items" in Pine Bluff. They don't seem want to buy or pawn anything, and judging by their prices on outdated, broken or incomplete items, they don't want to sell anything of use, either.
