  Had a request for employment information from a E Jauregui at this company - this lady was very rude, unprofessional and she is a bully. She made multiple phone calls to us (she told my boss that she would pray for her, after not getting what she wanted) and our client to get the information, even after she had been told it was sent. Very unprofessional outfit - go elsewhere, no shortage of funding companies to choose from.

  Unfortunately, your experience and review seem to be misguided. In the current marketplace for homebuyers, any potential delay in the mortgage process could result in a buyer not getting their dream home. In this situation, which you based your review on, was a request for the employment verification. Again, please understand the importance and urgency of the initial request. After the initial call, we had still not received the verification. We're sorry that the urgency of our request and multiple phone calls were misguided as aggressive/rude. Stating (it was sent) and hanging up on our team didn't correct the issue. Again, we still have not received the verification. We're also sorry that you decided to go to social media and google to write negative reviews rather than ask to share your experience with the member of our team responsible for this borrower and resolving the issue. Without knowing anything about our business, how we conduct business, or ever hiring our company to assist you with a home loan, you were very quick to label us unprofessional and attempt to direct people to do business elsewhere. We don't believe that was a fair thing to do. We take great pride in what we do, how we service our clients, and the level of professionalism we provide. There is a reason why Diversified Capital Funding has been successful in Los Altos since 1989 and will continue to be for years to come.   Connie has been wonderful to work with doing both our initial purchase and our refinance. She even reached out to us, unprompted, when interest rates were at their lowest to start the refinance process, saving us hundreds of dollars a month.   I've worked with Connie and her team for several years, in new home purchases and refinancing existing homes. Her care, attention to detail and follow-up to make sure everything is perfectly in order for a financing package are second to none. What really sets Connie apart from the pack though, is that she's deeply invested in relationships with clients. She truly cares, and does an amazing job ensuring her clients feel great through the entire process. As an example, we just completed a refi during COVID-19, when banks are overloaded with requests, there's economic stress and uncertainty...she was the ultimate pro and got us through it, with a great rate and package.   Dan was tremendously helpful to us when we bought our first house in Spring 2019. He took us through every step of the process. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and patient. A year later when interest rates dropped, he contacted us to let us know about the opportunity. We were able to lower our interest rate by 1% and are saving more than $600/month and $200k over the life of the loan!   Connie Chronis is amazing, simply the best. Has so much knowledge, care and concern. She walked me through so many issues that were new to me and figured out the best course for me to take and then found the best interest rate for a refinance. She is a bright spot and I highly recommend her!

  Nancy Simon is first class!! She helped us with our first home purchase a few years back and was very professional guiding us through the intrusion paper work process and she kept me from me from losing it more then once. Then about a month ago went interest rates took a dip she called us and informed me that it was a good time refi and reduce our interest rate. The process could not have gone smoother, she took 3/4% off our rate, got rid of our PMI and helped lower our monthly mortgage payment. 5 stars for Nancy, I highly suggest working with her on your next home buy or refi.
