  I had a great experience yesterday getting an auto loan and personal loan, i will recommend this credit union to everyone i know. Therese and Tim are excellent at what they do, also very courteous, and knowledgeable.

  I'd leave zero stars if possible. Apparently there is only one person who knows how to perform "member services" tasks because countless office associates walked by time after time, and it was 50 minutes before one of them asked if I was being helped. This was after I originally went to the teller who informed me that the member services associate would have to help me with an account inquiry. The whole time I sat and waited, the bank big wheel paced his fancy glass office on his bank big shot headset (that he was wicked proud to be wearing) looking right at me the entire time, but not once did it register to him that the ONLY customer sitting in line had been there 45 minutes...Super professional

  They have been great with me. Only issue I’ve had is not getting a new debit card when I requested one

  My only problem is you cant ever call them and talk to anyone directly.i think all the branches go through some call center or something.i been calling for 2 weeks and get the same recording from all the branches.

  Brand new facility in Auburn on Washington. Transferred from another credit union and had no problems.
