Beth Southern and John West and their staff have the experience and knowledge to make the buyer feel comfortable and confident in the home loan process from start to finish.   Undoubtedly the best lender I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Fantastic level of communication with buyers, agents and all other parties to get the loan closed. Supreme knowledge and expertise is what this lender brings to the table. They listen to their clients concerns and assist them with every part of the process. They can close in less than 30 days. I would use them again & again!

  Randy Bristol and all of the people I worked with at Direct Lenders were wonderful. They were always available for questions and we have used them for refinancing our home and 2 purchases now. Our closing dates were quick and smooth and no hiccups along the way. Excellent and efficient company.

And was able to explain anything we didn't understand - with so many changes over the years in loans and type of loans. Couldn't have asked for a better lender rep. in our home buying process.   On January 31,2020 contacted them regarding qualifying for a. purchase of a home. Spoke to a Randy Bristol and Gena Hall. After sending much information via email. Was told that I qualified for a USDA home.... my last information to send was my drivers license. Prior to that received a confirmation letter. Saved this and all the other information and emails received and sent.... can prove all that I am telling you. ......began searching for homes and getting an agent to help me. Even sent the confirmation letter to my daughter...February3,2020. Was told that I was certainly good for the USDA loan. An answer to all my prayers..... I sent a copy of my license. Then within minutes received a email from Gena Hall stated that I did not qualify. She said she was sorry. This was a shock. Cannot tell you How horrible this experience was for me.... Beware. Of what is told to you.
