  I was told by Jon Drake that I was preapproved for both FHA and Conventional and I spend close to 2 months driving around looking at houses wasting the time and gas of me, my other half and my realtor, to finally get on contract for a house to then be told by this company that - oh yeah we can't get you financed, even though they sent out about 20 pre approval letters with my offers. Then to add insult to injury sent me a denial letter with the reasoning that the customer cancelled. Jon Drake also trash talked to me about my realtor not knowing what he is doing. Such bad business that both me and my realtor will never use this company again ever in life.

  Albert Mailly was so real and instilled confidence in us that being a US veteran still means a lot. He assured me that he could and would get us a loan. After a few short days he told me I was pre-approved. After finding the house of our dreams and a few weeks...we closed. WOW!! Albert, Decarla and his entire team worked so hard and made this happen for me and my family even with a low credit score.   Tim McDowell and his team are heaven sent for so many different reasons. They are very family oriented and God fearing people. Those two qaulities alone set them apart from so many. There skills and abilities to make dreams come true are just as exceptional. I wouldn't do it deal with no other company if I had to do it all over again.

  Im a vet and they let me down and i went through two homes but wasnt able to close on either and its sad to take advantage of a disabled vet.
