Made me feel comfortable in knowing that I am on the right track and eventually acquired me more options than I was even looking for. She honestly deserves a raise, promotion or both. Zac Fair1I did almost close my account because how they operated durning the pandemic. I’m continually getting let down by the service on the daily years later. But the staff are always nice and try to be helpful with the rules the company makes them follow makes it hard to continue my business

David Webb5They’re amazing. After realizing that most credit unions overdraft fees are the same as banks at $30 or $35 and DCU is $5, I gave them a chance. That was about three years ago, I’ve now moved all my accounts here. They’ve been fantastic, and every teller seems to be efficient and has clearly been given the tools to do their jobs quickly. Things like getting a bank check which used to be $8 and sometimes up to 15 minutes at Rockland Trust are now 45 second transactions. I’m consistently impressed with DCU and wish I had switched to them five years earlier.

Elsie Annan2Poor teller customer service and attitude. Failed to acknowledge customer, rude facial expression and seemed preoccupied in their phone or something. Decorum and work ethic has taken a nose dive massively at some of these reputable banking establishments.

John “ThatOneDad” M5First I would like to say good on them for not opening there lobby. To me it shows that the health and safety of the public and there employees is important. Does it take a while when its busy sure..did it before yep(I'm also not impatient). I Have always had a good experience at any DCU and have been a member since Digital was still a company and my family and I will always be members (3 generations are members with DCU). Also I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at DCU.

As most things in life you can’t plan things down to a specific time, well too bad because if you can’t find a slot for an appointment you have to stay in line at the drive through for 2 hours! Yes, that’s how long I waited today to deposit money (too much for atm). Why aren’t they having other tellers come out and help customers? COVID? There’s definitely another way. You guys are just taking advantage of a pandemic and short staffing the bank, thus making us, the account holders suffer. Most banks are open and don’t have to have an appointment I think you guys need to consider the same before you lose more account holders to these diabolical acts of having customers wait hours for their banking needs.

Joseph Bagnell2Dcu is a great bank but with Covid the lobby is closed to the public, appointment only,and could only use drive thru. Me and everyone in that drive thru line waited at least 2 hours to get up to the window and having to do it every Thursday afternoon wasn't fun. When all the other banks reopened their lobbies for those few months DCU chose not to open its lobbies to the public having us to continue waiting in a long line of cars because its the only DCU bank around the Worcester area with a drive thru.

John Peter1So unfortunate that DCU that DCU denied my refinance car loan. I called and applied online, they never gave the loan number and I was told a decision will be made within 24hrs and I will be emailed. I went online to check, there was nothing on the website under the loan section. I called today with multiple call transfer, I was told that I am too liable, with 10 years membership with them and with 100 good payment record. Thinking about moving to TD bank.

Elisha Marie1I’m so disturbed at the lack of professionalism by “management “ at this bank.I brought necessary documents after being instructed over the phone what I needed to open an account for my minor son who is disabled.When I arrived I was told to bring another document that I was not informed I needed.I live out of Worcester and this is during rush hour mind you.So I drove back home and got the document the associate told me I needed.Once again I was told I need a document from the courthouse stating this is my child!I was frustrated when the associate who was running back and forth from me to the “manager” and asking for me what papers I needed at the courthouse he yelled at her from his offices “HOW DO I KNOW WE DONT DEAL WITH THAT!”so everyone in the lobby could hear him.Everyone looked at me.So after a few choice words I left and called the courthouse to ask for a particular document and even the lady at family services had no idea what this bank “manager” was talking about.This guy was so rude and arrogant that I will be removing my account and my husbands account ASAP.I will file a complaint first.I went to another bank and got my disabled son an account within the HOUR!And was treated with respect.What a horrible excuse for a manger!Dont go here if you want to go with this bank!
