  Recently purchased a property in Munster Indiana.. I obtained my mortgage through Donna Holmer of the Diamond Residential Mortgage Group. She has apparently been doing this for quite some time because there were no surprises. The process was as easy as could be. Donna often referred to us getting this done together but I submitted a few copies of the usual tax returns and other relevant paperwork and she did all the work. By the time the loan went to the underwriters it was pretty much a slam dunk. Very pleasant lady to work with and she was also very competent. I would highly recommend Donna Holmer and Diamond Residential to anyone in the market for a mortgage!! I am now a happy Hoosier!!

  Donna Holmer at Diamond Residential Mortgage was by far the most knowledgeable mortgage professional I ever worked with. She kept me in the loop every step throughout the mortgage process and the loan application process was even hassle free too.   Donna with diamond residential was absolutely amazing. Because of her we had a wonderful moving experience. We had lots of questions throughout the whole process and she answered every one of them in a timely manner and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for financing on a new home.

  We had a great experience with Carol with our most recent mortgage. We had a fairly complicated situation that changed from the time we started the process to the time we were going to complete. Carol guided us through the new requirements very clearly and helped us to close 2 days earlier than we had originally planned on. Great experience and solid communication throughout!
