  My wife and I stopped by to open multiple accounts and could not have been more impressed with the entire staff. Stephanie was fantastic— spent a lot of time with us, was extremely patient, and answered all our questions. Miles and Jonathan, Branch Manager and Assistant Manager were equally fantastic and made the process an extremely pleasant one. We love that they’re an AZ financial institution and also appreciate their support of local schools in the PV and Prescott area. 👏👏👏

  I stopped by this Desert Financial to open a new account. Everyone (Jonathan, Lindsey, Miles, Stephanie...I hope I haven't missed anyone!) was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I don't think I've ever had so much fun at a bank! I am so happy that I decided to open my account at Desert Financial!!

  My bank is out of state but this Branch was a sister Branch. Came in had a few questions for the staff it was really cool to see that they were still open. The staff was super duper helpful and very friendly

  I have a Desert Financial account at my winter home in Sun City, but came into the new branch in Fry's here in Prescott Valley. I was greeted with courtesy, and helpfulness, which I have come to expect From Desert Financial. I am so happy they are here now!

  I had the pleasure of visiting this branch today. The branch manager Jonathan, who resembles Chris Pratt, was a tremendous help and Danielle seemingly typed tirelessly to make sure my accounts were in order. This is a special branch with special people who make me proud to be a member of Desert Financial Credit Union

  They would not break a $20 into smaller bills because I did not have an account. WOW. I have to give someone my social to make change. Will never do business with them.

  My wife and I just moved from out of state, a huge process. We were looking for a new financial institution. We chose Desert Financial Credit Union. Stephanie, Senior Relationship Specialist, was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting us with our needs.

  Everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Miles, Jonathan, and Keesler for greeting us right away, getting us chairs, signing us in, and making us laugh. And a major shout out to Danielle!!! She helped us with everything from opening accounts to answering real estate questions and sharing great stories. We ENJOYED our time at this institution.   Just opened an account and all the staff was so friendly. Koreena was so helpful. She made sure I got my mobile app all set up. The operating hours are so much better than a bank. I would recommend this credit union to everybody
